They haven’t won yet and I haven’t lost yet

Since last couple of months the Qnet operations in India is going through tough times. It’s under a lot of scrutiny and lot of pressure. It has been disturbing, unsettling for lot of people who are part of Qnet. With these predicaments the new year was approaching.. but we are Networkers and we turn our adversaries or problems into opportunities as well.

Let me quote a verse of Rudyard Kipling’s poem ‘If’Image

“IF you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don’t deal in lies,
Or being hated, don’t give way to hating,
And yet don’t look too good, nor talk too wise:

If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds’ worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it,
And – which is more – you’ll be a Man, my son!”

With unbelievable support and strategies of my mentor Deepak Farmanai we stormed into 2014. We will show twice the plan, we will speak to twice the number of people and we shall be twice as much proud to be a part of this unmovable tenacious and robust company Qnet. We are honest we are strong and we are here to stay. Bring all you can, we have proven time and again and we will do it again.

These are the times when real leaders are born. This is the time when an organization makes a bold statement on the face of all stupid allegations. And Qnet has done that. So this is the year we max out. This year will triple our team. Happy 2014.

Couple of lines from a poem I had written long time back, holds ground today..

चोट खाए है तो क्या, तो क्या गर कोई सहारा नहीं…
ये दुनिया अभी जीती नहीं और में अभी हारा नहीं!!

(What if I am hurt, what if there’s no rest now..

They haven’t won yet and I haven’t lost yet)
